While driving down interstate in light rain, but behind 18 wheeler throwing up water onto windshield, the driver side wiper started skipping and then stalled. It was very difficult to see and very dangerous. I slowed and the wiper finally started back up. This has happened 3 times. Makes me very nervous about traveling during rain, especially on highways and interstates.
