I was driving my normal commute, when the "check engine" light came on. I noticed that the engine was slow to accelerate and the turbos wouldn't engage. I went right to the dealer and explained the issue. The problem landed up being coolant getting into some of the cylinders, which required a teardown and rebuild of the top part of the motor. This took the dealership's service center over 2 months to complete! Having all the approvals going through corporate is very painful and only added to the frustration of the situation. Thankfully, the dealership didn't make pay anything out of pocket for the rental, but having the car be out of service for over 2 months was a pain in the butt!
