I own a Ford Edge 2015. I bought this car in 2016. I am having a problem with water leaking onto the floor on the drivers side. I have noticed this for a few years. I clean out the area between the windshield and the hood, where the wiper sit. I researched this problem on the internet today. I found "customer satisfaction program 15B21" (https://www.carcomplaints.com/news/2015/2015-ford-edge-water-leaks.shtml ). This sounds like what I am dealing with. I talked to someone on the Ford chat line and I was told that this VIN # wasn't part of this program. I contacted a local Ford dealership and was told I would need to pay $170.00 for this to be tested. I think this should be fixed at no cost to me. Can I get a response ?
Update from Feb 10, 2022: When should I get a response for my problem ?
