3 months after purchasing my Ford Edge, the sunroof stoped working. It was one of my must haves. I called the dealer I purchased it from and because I was out of state on bussness they told me to come in when I get back, which was going to be in about 2 1/2 months. Upon my arrival home, I took my 13 Edge to the dealer I purchased it from, only to have them tell me it was passed the allotted milage on a the car. I explained my previous phone conversation to the gentleman and all he said was “ sorry that is fords policyâ€. At no time during my first conversation, after mentioning it would be a couple months before I return home, was there a mention of milage restriction on covering the sunroof! Nor did they suggest I take it a dealership near me. VERY POOR CUSTERMER SERVICE on the part of the Ford representative. They did however tell me the could fix it for about $2500-3000......
