CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 Edge has its fair share of problems, but chief among them is an annoying “door ajar†warning light that won’t shut off even when the door is most definitely closed. While the retina-burning, ever-present false reminder on your dashboard is bad, it points to a deeper problem that can drain the battery, leave the doors unlocked while in motion, or render the key fob useless.

Three times while driving engine powers down to crawl, wrench light comes on. Manual say power train loss of power. Bring to dealer. If I was on a highway at 60-70mph I would have easily been rear ended and caused a major accident. This has happened three times Ford can not find the problem or is in willing to research the problem as I have done.
Appears Ford, like other car companies, value profits over safety of customers.
