Driver's side door ajar when the door is positively shut. Numerous attempts to shut the door fail to turn off interior lamps and light on instrument panel. This creates a dangerous situation since I can not depict the difference between a faulty switch or my child actually opening one of the vehicle doors. From the numerous complaints on this issue I am appalled at the lack of response from Ford and the ntsb. Do children have to lose their lives before a recall is initiated? shame on you!
