CarComplaints.com Notes: A frustrating electrical issue is causing an ever-present “door ajar†warning light for 2011-2013 Ford Edge owners. Even with the doors latched shut, faulty sensors convince the vehicle’s computer they aren’t. With no way to override the system, owners have no choice but to stare at the warning light, listen to the warning chimes when the car is stopped, and deal with interior lights that won’t shut off.

Window shattered, ran to dealership because i have no garage and it was raining and i'm still under warranty. They told me glass is not covered by my warranty and they did not do glass but would recommended someone. I went home and called my insurance company they covered it but had to pay deductible 0f 200.00 dollars. Company came to home and fixed it that evening. Where is FORDS BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY???? I WENT TO THEM TO BUY MY LAST VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DID'NT TAKE A BAILOUT. WHY CAN'T THEY STAND BY THEIR WHOLE VEHICLE AND NOT KNIT PICK ON WHAT THEY COVER.IF THEY CALL THEM SELVES A SERVICE CENTER THEY SHOULD SERVICE THE WHOLE VEHICLE NOT JUST CERTAIN PARTS
