Debtors re: Tk holdings Inc., et al., chapter 11 case no. 17-11375 (bls) I have been receiving statements via mail on how there is a recall on my air bag (passenger side) so I called a local Ford dealership to replace. They however, said the part was on back order and that they would contact me once they received them. It's now been another 5-6 months and I received another form on the recall. I used the website on the form www.airbagrecall.com and it had me enter VIN # and then a bunch of local Ford dealers showed up, including the one I already contacted. I called again and the lady apologized and said it is in a big bancrupcy dispute and once they receive them then they can fix them all. "?? if this is so deadly why is it taking this long???"
