The contact owns a 2010 Ford Edge. While driving approximately 25 mph he was unable to view the speed odometer. Due to the design of the vehicle, the driver is only able to read the speedometer at night. The dealer and the manufacturer stated that they were unable to assist the contact since the vehicle was designed that way. The vehicle was purchased on August 19, 2009. The failure mileage was 10.
