The car comes equipped with start assist but on occasion works. The engine never turns over. I have taken it to the dealership to be fixed but they only read the owners manual and said to let it try to turn over for ten seconds. I had not been waiting the appropriate time. Needless to say even after ten seconds it still doesn't start. Good job Thoroughbred Ford.
