Okay, on June 10, 2019, my 2009 Ford Edge cut off on me, and I took it to Tommy Vaughn Ford. They stated that it was my motor, due to the fact that my water pump inside the motor had been leaking, but it never gave me any warning signs that my motor was going out, Tommie Vaughn Ford quoted me a price that I thought was outrageous. The price they quoted me was $6595.62. I couldn't believe my eyes but I couldn't do anything but leave it there because I had got it towed to that Dealership. Once it was there, by the time I picked up my car, the total I had to pay was $7,673.68, which they told me that was for Parts and Labor. My heart was so hurt, but I needed my car and couldn't afford a new one. Please, I'm asking for some help to repay the money back that I had to pay Tommie Vaughn Ford. I told them that they was extremely too high, but I needed my car.
I have all my paperwork. If you all would like me to email it to you I can. Please let me know.
