The contact owns a 2009 Ford Edge. While driving approximately 10 mph, the vehicle stalled. The contact turned the ignition on and the vehicle was able to start. The contact stated that the failure occurred approximately ten times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer three times. The technicians were unable to diagnose or duplicate the failure. The technicians performed a computer update but the vehicle continued to stall. The manufacturer was contacted and stated the dealer could not duplicate the failure so no repairs could be made. The approximate failure mileage was 18,500.
