While making a turn the vehicle stalls unexpectedly which may cause a crash. Dealer cannot determine the cause of the problem. Also, there is a vibration which may cause more wear and tear on the tire.
When turning corners or going into a driveway, the front end of the van crunches and it feels like it is going to fall out. The ball joints were replaced about a year and a half ago. The problem was reported to the dealership. The dealer claimed there was nothing wrong with the van.
Consumer was driving approximately 4-5 mph, made a U-turn and pressed hand brake and van accelerated to high speed, consumer rearended vehicle in front. Also, had to replace master cylinder/ heater core/premature worn out tires, and starter.
