Great little suv, but a lot of problems with interior trim not match the grey color of the door panels, driver's seat back now shows the yellow foam below the headrest stem adjusters, and wind noise like you wouldn't believe on both front doors.
FYI: I took vehicle back for service manager to look at trim. They took it back to detail and they put some form of dressing on the four pieces, but the following day it was starting to come off and back to where it was to begin with. I called customer service at Ford and they did nothing - they claimed they called dealership/service mgr & yet he denies it.
I took the vehicle to local Ford store and showed them the seat back with the foam being exposed. I was informed that the cover shifted & they walked away without any further assistance.
Now I have this un-godly wind noise can be heard over the radio starting at 20mph and up---where do i go with this now?
