While on a long trip I stopped on a service area. When I got off the vehicle I noticed a strong heat smell. When open hood I noticed turbo was glowing red tot all the way below oxigen sensor.

Weird burn marks have appeared on the top of my muffler. I bought the car on March 15th, 2019. I first noticed it on April 21st, 2019 (see car doc 2 photo). I took it in to have it looked at on May 8th, when it was determined it was just a cosmetic problem. It was replaced on May 15th. Today, May 24th, 2019, I looked at it and saw the same problem starting again (see car doc 3 photo). A representative at the dealership told me they saw another Ecosport with the same issue, but no one can identify the problem. I'm growing concerned as it looks to be a burn, or some kind of reaction with materials. It looks as if something is dripping onto the muffler from above, and that it's not the muffler itself with the issue. I also attached my service invoice from when it was replaced the first time.
