The check engine, battery, and ABS warning lights were illuminated. The contact replaced the battery; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
