Some 2018-2019 EcoSport vehicles equipped with SYNC may experience a partial screen display during transport mode deactivation or when a SYNC master reset is performed. This may be due to system prioritization which causes the display to revert to a default 4 display rather than matching the original size of the vehicle display. To remedy the above condition, dealers are advised to turn the ignition to OFF and then back to ON. This ignition cycle should rectify the concern. No parts should be replaced for this repair.
