I have had my car since Aug 2018. It had 10 miles on it. Within 2 weeks of having it the brakes started screeching upon going forwards or backwards. I have now had it to the shop a minimum of 5 times for that. The 5th time they scrapped them down and rotated 18%.
They are now grinding when you press on the brakes.
Ford has multiple other models of the Ecosport that are doing the same thing, but they say it is normal. How is screeching or grinding normal? I have always owned a Ford of many other models and have NEVER had any issue with any of them.
In the last 5 weeks the radio goes blank, not showing any channels. I have had to return it to be fixed now twice. It is not a computer module issue as that was updated and checked.
This is beyond ridiculous to have a new car and returning it since it was 2 weeks purchased.
The dealership has been great about accommodating the situation and trying to repair the issues. Ford needs to find a true fix.
