Upon completing the fueling of the vehicle, the entire tankful of CNG fuel exploded into the atmosphere. Mechanic noticed that check valve may have been blown out of the vehicle. Nlm
After the pump shut off from filling tank, and upon disconnecting the hose, the nozzle was blown back accompanied by a hissing noise. About 3/4 of the tanks CNG fuel was expelled leaving 1/4 after incident. Nlm
Consumer reported severe blowback of CNG fuel upon releasing the filler nozzle from the filler pipe connection causing a considerable amount of fuel to be expelled from the vehicle accompanied by a loud noise. Nlm
