Bought new tires from cheap dealer with only a cone balancer and the wheels have flat areas near lug holes as opposed to being completely round at edge of inner wheel, making it impossible to spin balance since they can't get them on the cone balancer evenly. Took van to another dealer with lug style balancer, but he was too inexperienced to figure it out. Took to specialized tire dealer with lug balancer and the problem was solved except for one bad tire that shakes and bounces more than a bit when speed reaches between 65 and 75 mph.
