Changed both mainfold controllers, still got code. Changed 2 additional vacuum controller valves, still got code. Gave to mechanic to fix, took 3 days to find issue. EGR tube was rotted on bottom, EGR tube was covered with insulation making it difficult to find vacuum leak. Originally was told cost to repair would be aprox $300, ended up paying $800 for new tube and EGR valve. This was a mechanic I've used in the past but never again after being ripped off like this. I could have used a home built smoke tester and found it quicker and save $700.00!!
Update from Jun 14, 2019: The code numbers were for intermittent misfire and bank 0 lean.
Update from Jun 14, 2019: The code number was for manifold controller stuck open. Not very accurate.
