I have never experienced a seat so painful to sit in. I've driven new cars, used cars, rental cars, luxury cars, compact cars, Japanese, German and American cars and never once experienced anything even remotely close to the torture I endure driving my new Ford F150. I've just about worn out the seat adjustment motor trying to find a reasonably comfortable position and there just isn't one. I can't pinpoint a particular design flaw and I suspect that is because there is more than one. Anyone who sits in it comments on the stiffness. However the worst problems seem to be how certain people, my self included, fit into the frame of the seat. Debating whether to try improving it or just take a loss and get rid of it.
