Originally it was a shutter feeling when starting off from a dead stop and a trans slip feeling when first starting off. Dealership installed a shim kit FROM FORD to change the angle of the drive shaft. Problem continued! They took the truck back in to do some more checks. Although the shop foreman said that there was something wrong, he could do nothing about it because FORD would not pay them for it. I had two transmission specialists ride in my truck and they both said that this vibration was NOT normal. I took it to another dealer and after they said there was an issue, they redid the shims that the first dealer put in. This did nothing. They rebalanced all 4 wheels. This did nothing. Then all of a sudden I was told that there is yet another kit for the drive shaft available. This would take 4 days to arrive. We'll see...
