This is incredible and less than 20,000 miles and the Ford company could care less while they have several problems that even our local company has mentioned! We have NEVER EVER owned Ford before but gave them a chance due to GM screwing the American people with their overall problems, but this will never happen again and no one there even cares. It would be different if I drove over 10 miles a day. We are selling the POS if they don't do anything but as always American vehicles are worthless, so what is the point?
