A black grease-like compound oozed from the stitching on the padded leather steering wheel cover. The consumer continued to wiped the "grease" substance from his hands and the steering wheel. None of the dealerships contacted knew of the cause. One dealer stated it would cost $626. For the part and $50. For the labor. The part was expensive because it came with the air bag inside the steering wheel. Consumer feels Ford should investigate the matter and issue a recall to replace all steering wheels with potential of leakage.
