The contact owns a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria. While driving 30 mph and attempting to make a right turn, the rear driver's side brakes locked when the brake pedal was depressed. The contact attempted to brake to avoid an oncoming vehicle, but the brake pedal extended to the floor. He crashed into a fence and struck another vehicle. He did not sustain any major injuries. A police report was filed. The failure and current mileages were 40,000.
