The contact owns a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria. While driving 65 mph, the cruise control failed to activate. Approximately one month ago, the cruise control failed while driving downhill. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer approximately seven times for this failure. The cruise control no longer works. The current mileage was 33,000 and failure mileage was 1,000.
