Plastic intake cracks at heater hose connection. This is a police car which can idle for long periods at a time.this condition leaks antifreeze into the well of the spark plug which causes a misfire, and the car overheats if not constantly watched.we have changed manifolds after calling Ford and we were told only a crack behind the alternator was under warranty.
The vehicle's engine is experiencing problems engine, consumer knows that there is a recall for the same year and model of her vehicle but is only on the police vehicles, she states that her vehicle has the same type of engine that the recalled engine has. Consumer has contact Ford for this information. Nlm
