Consumer experienced problems with the floor mat on the driver's side. Ts. the floor mat moved around and became stuck to the hooks which were embedded in the floor and were flat from normal wear. Consumer was unable to hook the floor mat on the apparatus, therefore the floor mat slid under the accelerator. Scc.
