The front dash on my 99 Ford Contour has pulled away from the front windshield causing the defroster panel to pop out while driving. The defroster panel has popped out and blocked my view causing me to have two near incidents involving other vehicles. I called Ford Motor Company (ref# 900850990) and was told by their representative that Ford did have a customer satisfaction program on this part, but that the program had expired. I recieved no notice and now Ford Motor Company is refusing to repair my vehicle due to the program expiring. Please investigate and advise me if I have any other recourse.
Consumer states that while driving and no warning the dashboard disconnected from the windshield causing a distraction to the consumer. Dealer notified
