WE HAD A SENSOR REPLACE ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. LIGHT COMING BACK ON, AUTOZONE CHECKED IT AND COULDN'T FIND THE PROBLEM. TOLD US TO UNHOOK THE BATTERY FOR A LITTLE WHILE TO RESET THE WHATEVERS. THAT WORKED FOR 1 DAY. BAHUMBUG!
Light came on day after I purchased the car from dealer. The car belonged to the dealers mother so I am sure they knew it had been on. Took it back and they reset the computer and said it was fixed but came back on before I got home. They di this twice before telling me it was a O2 sensor and said it cost $800.00 to repiar. I took t to another mechanic and he made the repair and reset the computer for under $200 but it is still on after 90,000 miles.
