I purchased my Contour in spring of 2020. I didn’t start driving it at night until about July/August. That’s when I noticed EVERY light on the car flickers. I did extensive research which brought me to TSB 00-25-6 which describes a small wire adjustment on the alternator which fixes this problem. My vehicle has already had that done at some point in its life but for some reason the problem exists still. I had a charging system check and my battery and alternator are healthy. I’m at a brick wall now! Nowhere to go.
