I was driving my 2017 Ford CMax with less than 4800 miles all morning without any prior problems. I bought this car new from the dealership. On the way home I stopped at the community mailbox and turned my car off and put brake on. One minute later, I tried to start my car and every malfunction light lit up on the dashboard along with “SYSTEM START FAILURE”. I called Ford and they said to have it towed. As I waited, the radio played for almost 2 hours, as I was unable to turn it off! I am still waiting to hear from my Ford dealership on what they discovered.

Update from Jun 8, 2019: Ford kept my car one week and said they found “nothing wrong” and charged me $125 even though it is still under original warranty. Needless to say, I am leery every time I drive it! After reading all the complaints with dead batteries, I am sure this will happen again.
