This has been an ongoing problem with this car. Within the first 10-15 minutes of driving the A/C blows normally, although it was never very strong to begin with. After about 20 or more minutes of driving, the A/C stops blowing almost entirely and only a small trickle of air comes out. This happens without auto climate control on. Changing the blower position setting doesn’t solve the issue. Turning recirculate, auto climate control or Eco mode on or off does not solve the issue either. It's very frustrating when the sun is beating down on you and just a tiny amount of air is blowing out of the vents. This could be dangerous in higher temperatures. This is unacceptable on a car with such low mileage. I read awhile back that some C-Max vehicles have problems with the a/c compressor icing up, but am unsure if that is the cause or not. We own another Ford vehicle with almost 80,000 miles and the a/c has always performed as it should.
