2013 Ford C-max. Consumer writes in regards to defective rear window. Consumer requests refund for repairs. The consumer stated 15 days after purchasing the vehicle, the rear window shattered. The consumer stated she purchased an extra window coverage warranty. However, the dealer stated the coverage was only for the front windshield.
