Had the hatch "fixed" at the dealer the day after we purchased it and thought that would be the end of it.
Now 2 months later we are running into the same problem. It will not latch completely using the remote or the button on the dashboard. The car is scheduled for service to address the head padding recall and calibration adjustment to allow use of the electrical motor above 62 miles per hour. We will see what is to be done about the hatch issue.
Otherwise we find the car fun to drive using the coaching screen to get the most out of the electric power. Plenty of head room for someone tall. Easy to maneuver. Good visibility around. Definitely cooler inside on hot days with beige interior and white paint.
