It was just very dissapointing to pick up a brand new vehicle, then find a deep scratch inside the door well. We live in MN, so with the salt the put on the roads in winter, it would have rusted quickly without repair. Instead of driving away in our new vehicle, we sat there for an hour while they repainted it. They did their best, but still visibile paint difference. At least only visible when door is opened.
