Another 3 day ordeal to fix problems with the C-Max. This time traction control module needed replacing. I called and made appointment and explained warning message. Showed up for appointment and they had no record of it and guy who works on hybrids was out that day. They ended up keeping vehicle for 3 days as had to wait for part to be delivered. Gave me a loaner vehicle late on 2nd day. In total had to once again drive back and forth 3 times to dealership and make 4 phone calls just to get a status update.
