I was driving to work, I had my iphone hooked via the usb port everything was working suddenly it stopped. Now the audio is non-functional. I called Ford they had me do a Master Reset to see if, that would fix the problem. The problem is still occurring the told me to take the car to my nearest Ford Dealer. I am not one to complain but, this car has had a large number of recalls already which, Ford won't tell the customer about. So now, I have a car with no sound/no audio/no phone. I have looked online and other people are all so having the problem. The power button does not work, you cannot eject cds from the drive the whole system is basically dead. Thanks a bunch Ford, I was understand, if they problem was just in the audio system but, when I back up the back up system has not sound as well. This to sounds like a blow fuses or a software issue. Please Fix Thid Ford!!!!!
