My car has been in Service Center at Schicker Ford in St. Louis for over 2 months (don't take your car there). I went to leave for work the morning of 7/18/18 to find that my car has zero power. I had it towed to the Dealership where I purchased the car and have had it exclusively serviced. After being unable to diagnose the problem the technician finally concluded after two weeks that my car could not be reprogrammed and told me that the Ford engineers had to write a specific program for my car to reprogram it. I have been given no timeline and no other responses or solutions other than "they are working on it." I have filed two claims with Ford directly and that does not seem to be making any headway. My car is completely dead and unable to be powered on.
