The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Hansel Ford (3075 corby ave, santa rosa, ca 95407, (707) 623-1426) was contacted and confirmed that the part was not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure by the dealer. The failure mileage was 50,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
