The contact then noticed smoke and fire coming out from underneath the hood, and the front end of the vehicle was engulfed in fire. The contact stated that he jumped out of the vehicle. The vehicle drove into a ditch, where it burned to the ground. The fire was extinguished by the fire department. The contact was unsure whether a fire department report was filed.
