My 2021 Bronco Sport transmission began shuddering at lower speeds at around 52,000 miles. The RPM range the shudder occurs at is 1,200 to 1,500 rpms (when the transmission should be downshifting but doesn’t seem like it wants to). I was wondering if it was a torque converter issue or maybe it needed a transmission flush and refill. I am at 62,602 miles now and this is beginning to drive me crazy. If I need to travel at 55 MPH it’s all shudder because the RPMs are below 1,500. I’m going to try the flush first since the mileage is higher. I’ve looked in other forums and this seems to be a growing issue with these vehicles and the owners are getting ZERO help from FORD with the issue. Are there any other owners out there that have the same issue? Hoping the flush will correct it, but from the other forum comments it’s not looking like I’ll get any relief.
