The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that when the front driver's and passenger's door glass were rolled down, the contact noticed a rattling sound. In addition, the front passenger's side door glass was off tract and independently released and rolled down. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The contact was advised to report the failure to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 11,000.
