Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE
- Summary
- Some 2021 Bronco vehicles equipped with exterior zone lighting may experience the hazard lamps flashing one time intermittently when the hazard lamps are turned off. This condition is due to the body control module (BCM) software. This condition occurs when zone lighting is activated then deactivated while the engine is OFF, or during an engine auto-start-stop event. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the BCM.
