- Summary
- The 2021-2022 Bronco Workshop Manual, Section 501-18B Hard Top, has been updated. Updates include hard top rear cap flushness and parallelism specifications and an enhanced diagnostics and testing section to assist with resolving concerns of hard top roof alignment, looseness, water leaks, and noise vibration and harshness (NVH). Submit photos of hard top roof concerns that require part replacement for any reason using web-based PTS or Mobile PTS Report a Vehicle Concern function. This applies to Broncos built on/after 12-Aug-2021 equipped with hard top roof or vehicles repaired under Customer Satisfaction Program 21B49. For claiming, use labor operation SUBPHOTO for reimbursement. The hard top roof is enhanced to meet standards expected by customers. To assist with long-term supplier quality, Ford is seeking immediate dealer feedback on customer concerns.
