Ford TSB #SSM 50467
2021 Ford Bronco
TSB Document:
Affected Component: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
- Summary
- Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a creak/pop type noise when any of the side doors are opened and closed. This may be due to incorrect door installation, alignment and/or incorrect tightening of the two bolts which hold the door to the vehicle body. To correct this condition, inspect for and address any damage to the door and/or latch components, then remove and reinstall the suspect door following the instructions located in the Digital Owners Manual, Removable Vehicle Components > Removable Doors > Removing and Installing the Doors. In this section youll also find a detailed tutorial video of the process. If the noise persists, perform the Front/Rear Door Alignment procedure located in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-03 Body Closures.
