2nd time 4- wheel drive has failed to engage, 1st time hub was problem, loud noises coming from transer case. Axel is not bent or twisted. Loud winding noise, even after disengage auto hubs. Loud "clunk" occurred just prior to failure. Failure occurred as vehicle was ascending a 15 degree slop in 4 wheel low. First failure was with original part, hub, and was replaced with a dealer part, since this is a dealer only part. First failure accurred under normal usage as well. The truck is used on highway and city driving with occasional need for 4 wheel drive on muddy two track roads. Nothing beyond the normal for such a truck.
