I have a 1997 Ford Aspire automatic. I'm having problems with something that is making my hot/cold gauge registering at hot. I've replaced the temperature system, I've had the radiator flushed & refilled and then was told the core's in the radiator were clogged and needed to be routed, but 4 different mechanics said it would be too costly and to just replace it with a new one. So, I did. My gauge is still registering hot. It does not go to the red, but just to where the white line ends. A mechanic has put it through a test and has said that both cooling fans work and the relays are good. I've already spent just about $400 in repairs and labor alone What can I do to fix the problem? inaccurately
