Fiat is respectable company, not happy about the level of service in Egypt . Part of the AC does not exist in the warehouse! The Engineer is asking me as the user which part of the AC is the one needed to be replaced !! Not professional at all. Report of the incident is more than three months and action was taken only a couple of weeks from when I paid them a visit!! They abused my car and destroyed some parts and when facing them they apologized saying, sorry, we don't have replacement parts for what that has been damaged!!

The weather in EG is now 50 C, if I filled an official and legal complaint I will get money for the inhuman treatment that I am facing, specially in this weather that cannot be supported by anyone.

Please support in getting the missing part from ITALY as per NILE ENGINEERING, they placed the order at FIAT ITALY yet ITALY did not place the shipping yet!!
